Oxi Fresh Is Cleaning Up Maryland

Experienced janitorial services entrepreneur bringing eco-friendly carpet cleaning franchise to greater Washington D.C. market

The new franchise will offer the company’s oxygen-powered cleanings in cities throughout Prince George's and Montgomery counties.

The new Oxi Fresh location is led by Fred Brewster, who will provide high quality, eco-friendly carpet cleaning services to Laurel, Beltsville, College Park, Greenbelt, Burtonsville, University Park, Calverton, Hyattsville, and Cheverly. Brewster’s location is slated to open on September 1st.

This is not Brewster’s first foray into the cleaning industry. For over 15 years, Brewster has owned a commercial janitorial services company that provides services to the Washington D.C. metro area. His company offers a variety of commercial cleaning services to a wide range of properties. Brewster plans on using his extensive experience in the commercial cleaning industry to make his new Oxi Fresh location a success.

On all jobs, including those from the new Prince George's carpet cleaning location, technicians are required to maintain social distancing, wearing the proper personal protective equipment, and following the CDC’s guidelines regarding hygiene and cleanliness.
