North America’s leading outdoor living space designer and builder welcomes a new location in South Seattle and the greater Tacoma area in Washington

TACOMA, WASH. (PRWEB) January 04, 2021 - America’s premier outdoor living space builder, Archadeck Outdoor Living, is pleased to announce the opening of Archadeck of South Sound. This new Archadeck location is owned and operated by David Gielczyk.

Starting in January 2021, Archadeck will offer exceptional outdoor living space design and building services to the following areas: Auburn, Black Diamond, Bonney Lake, Buckley, Federal Way, Kent, Milton, Olympia, Pacific, Puyallup, Renton, Seattle, South Prairie, Sumner, Tacoma and University Place. Dave custom designs and builds outdoor living spaces for clients, including decks, hardscapes, patios, pergolas, porches, outdoor kitchens and more.

Dave is a Navy veteran and spent 23 years working on submarines. Following the Navy, Dave found a position in facility management taking care of the Weyerhaeuser corporate campus. Leaning on 20 years of nuclear and mechicanical engineering experience, he went to college to complete his B.S.B.A in project management. He continued his career in facilities management in the senior living industry managing construction projects, tenant improvement, apartment remodels and infrastructure systems improvement.

In 2020, Dave wanted to own his business and decided to partner with Archadeck due in part to the support that the franchise provides in order to help each owner succeed. Archadeck was a willing and energetic partner to help Dave grow his business and reach his goals.

Dave was born in Milwaukee, but planted his roots in the Pacific Northwest after having a Navy assignment in the area. He and his wife, Julie, have lived in the greater Seattle area for about 12 years. He’s looking forward to helping clients design and build the outdoor living space of their dreams.
