Scooter’s Coffee Opens 300th Store On 13th & Classen In Oklahoma City

Company Targets 1,000 Locations by 2024

On December 15, the brand-new location at 1321 Classen Boulevard in Oklahoma City opened and marked Scooter’s Coffee’s 300th store nationwide. To celebrate, this location will host a Grand Opening event on January 15, 2021, complete with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 11 a.m. and special promotions to celebrate this amazing day in Scooter’s Coffee franchise history.

Exceeding 300 stores is significant and reflects an important moment for the brand; the newest location marks a noteworthy milestone as Scooter’s Coffee’s advances toward a goal of 1,000 stores. 

“With over 300 locations in 19 states and climbing, interest in the Scooter’s Coffee brand and franchise opportunity has increased exponentially,” said Todd Graeve, Scooter’s Coffee Chief Executive Officer. “We’re thrilled to be celebrating our 300th location in the Oklahoma City market.  We opened our first store here a little over a year ago and this store marked our 9th location in the area. The Oklahoma City market continues to be a big focus for Scooter’s Coffee.”

The 300th drive-thru location is owned and operated by long time franchisees, Jason Metcalf and Rita Metcalf. To celebrate their new opening, on January 15, the new location will donate 100% of sales to Children’s Hospital Foundation. Giving back to every community is very important to Scooter’s Coffee. When the brand started opening locations in Oklahoma City last year it surveyed customers and asked which organizations were important to them. The Children’s Hospital Foundation was an overwhelming favorite.
