Office Evolution Continues Atlanta Takeover

National coworking provider bolsters Atlanta metro presence as demand for flexible workspace grows

January 08, 2021 // Franchising.com // Johns Creek, GA. - Office Evolution - the largest provider of locally owned and operated flexible workspaces across the nation - is further extending its network in the Atlanta suburbs. Office Evolution’s expansion is, in part, fueled by the increased demand for safe, flexible, convenient workspace caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. This will be the brand’s third Atlanta area location, and its second to open in the area in the past 6 months. The rapid growth in the market signals the continuous demand for cost-effective and flexible workspace close-to-home, especially as many businesses and employees continue to work remotely. The new location is slated to open on February 1.

Conveniently located near McGinnis Ferry and Medlock Bridge Roads at 6470 East Johns Crossing in the Johns Creek Technology Park, the new location will be owned and operated by business partners Stan Brovont and Charlene Sosack and will offer businesses of all sizes and remote workers with access to 55 private offices, three conference rooms, and drop-in space for 11 people. It will also be able to accommodate events for up to 100 people once the Covid-19 pandemic is over. Brovont and Sosack expect most of their members to come from Johns Creek, Duluth, Cumming, Alpharetta, Peachtree Corners, and Suwanee, among other northeast suburbs.

“With the Atlanta area being named one of the best places in the country for small business, our new Office Evolution location is perfectly positioned to provide all the necessary services that entrepreneurs and remote workers need to be successful,” stated Brovont. “Our new location will provide businesses and remote workers in the northeastern Atlanta suburbs with access to affordable and flexible workspace that will help them continue to drive their businesses forward in a safe, collaborative and inspired environment, and we can’t wait to open our doors.”

Prior to becoming Office Evolution franchisees, Brovont and Sosack worked together in their previous professional roles. Brovont spent over 35 years as a business executive, where he held roles as the chief marketing officer and lead corporate strategist at ARRIS, where he played a key role in launching the company into multiple new products and international markets. Sosack worked for ARRIS as well, and was Brovont’s executive assistant for 12 years while he served as the chief marketing officer. After Brovont became the lead corporate strategist, Sosack became a marketing specialist, where she was responsible for managing marketing projects and contracts for the company. Charlene will serve as the Johns Creek location’s business center manager. Both Brovont and Sosack are eager to use their business expertise to not only make their location a success, but to be valuable assets to their members as well. The duo plan on hosting weekly networking and informational sessions where members can discuss business initiatives and issues within their local business community.

“With businesses throughout Atlanta looking for places where their employees can continue to get work done, we are proud to open our Office Evolution location to provide them with a safe space to collaborate and network,” added Sosack.

Office Evolution’s national network of locally owned and operated locations have provided businesses and remote workers with access to flexible and safe space throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. The brand has seen growth across the country as businesses focus on downsizing their commercial real estate footprint and shift toward more flexible workspace alternatives to avoid expensive leases for office space. Especially with many employees working remotely, Office Evolution’s convenient locations in the suburbs offer remote workers easy access to flexible workspace options complete with office amenities likes printers, copiers, and furnished offices, all in a distraction-free environment.

“As Covid-19 continues to change the way we work, knowledgeable franchisees like Stan and Charlene are helping us extend our network so we can continue to serve more and more businesses and remote workers in markets across the country,” stated Office Evolution Chief Operating Officer and President of the Global Workspace Association William Edmundson. “As pandemic fatigue continues to wear on remote workers, they will seek out flexible workspace options minutes from their home to help provide them with a safe and productive environment where they can continue to work, inspired.”
