This marks the company’s first franchise location in the state of Pennsylvania. Franchise Owners Placido and Alicia Hernandez completed their initial franchise training in mid-February 2021.

Placido comes to The Glass Guru after spending a decade serving the local community as a Law Enforcement Officer. Alicia is a local Realtor, and the couple have been avid real estate investors for some time.

When asked what brought them to decide to purchase a new business, it was apparent that this had been in the Hernandez's plans for some time. Placido was looking for something meaningful to transition to after a distinguished career as a Police Officer. The couple are incredibly focused on the concept of service and being valued members of their community.
