Golden Heart Senior Care Expands into Indianapolis with New Franchise Deal

The fast-growing home care brand’s three-territory deal will serve the Indianapolis Metro area

April 14, 2021 // Franchising.com // INDIANAPOLIS - Golden Heart Senior Care, an organization offering companion care, home help services and personal care from the comfort of home, has signed a deal to bring their services to the Indianapolis metro area. David Johnson, the new franchisee for the Indianapolis territory, decided to franchise with Golden Hear Senior Care after a career in software sales.

“As someone who has been exposed to home care with family members, I have learned the immense blessings that caregivers provide,” said Johnson. “I specifically chose Golden Heart Senior Care because they have a reputation of being a premium provider, and their leadership is well-experienced in the field.”

Golden Heart franchisees and the caregivers they employ assist seniors with basic needs, including light household duties, errands and companionship. The aging population of Baby Boomers – combined with the growing demand for home care services – is creating a strong investment opportunity for Golden Heart franchisees.

“Demand for in-home care services rose dramatically in 2020, and franchisees like David understand the desire of seniors to stay in their homes for as long as possible to retain their independence,” said Craig Bass, president and owner of Golden Heart Senior Care. “It has been a delight getting to know David, who has the passion and dedication we look for in prospective franchise owners. We look forward to working together to bring Golden Heart Senior Care to the Indianapolis community.”

Golden Heart Senior Care has 28 territories in operation or in development nationwide. The new deal for Indianapolis was brokered by leading franchise development company, Fransmart, through a client referral from consultant Keith Ritter with FranServe.

“Working with Fransmart and Craig Bass made the discovery process simple for my candidate,” said Ritter. “He became more excited each time we spoke. Their communication, patience, and understanding throughout the process showed a high degree of professionalism. The multi-territory deal for Golden Heart Senior Care came together smoothly and efficiently, and my candidate was in good hands throughout.”

“Golden Heart Senior Care is redefining the next generation of home care services for seniors, and this is just the tip of the iceberg for their growth potential across the U.S.,” added Dan Rowe, CEO of Fransmart.
