Office Evolution Continues its Texas Expansion with a Second Location in the Austin Area

Rapidly growing coworking provider signs lease in Round Rock

May 19, 2021 // Franchising.com // Round Rock, TX - Office Evolution is continuing its expansion in Texas, inking a second deal in Round Rock, just outside of Austin, becoming the brand’s fourth new addition to the state. Located at 551 S IH 35 Frontage Rd., the new 8,000 square foot location will provide businesses and remote workers with access to 35 private offices and two conference rooms. The new business center is owned by local entrepreneur Lee Linton and his wife, Suzy, and is slated to open in the first half of 2022.

“Round Rock is underserved when it comes to professional environments for the modern workforce, and Office Evolution is a perfect solution,” said Linton. “We’re thrilled to provide the community of Round Rock, in addition to the surrounding commuter towns, the opportunity to work comfortably outside of the house in a space that is flexible and accessible.”

Linton’s new Office Evolution business center will be an inaugural tenant of the new build, which will be completed by the end of the year. The location will cover the entire top floor of the building, with elevator entry directly into the space. It’s a short walk from all of the retail and charm that downtown Round Rock has to offer, but with the convenience of being 30 seconds off of Interstate 35, a major north south thoroughfare in Austin.
