ABM Franchising Group Adds Franchise Locations in Five States

ABM’s Linc Service Franchise Network Expands in Kansas, Maine, Missouri, Nevada, and Ohio

June 23, 2021 // Franchising.com // New York, NY - ABM, a provider of facility solutions, announced that it has added franchise locations in five states: Kansas, Maine, Missouri, Nevada, and Ohio. Thomas J. Dyer Company (Dyer), P1 Group, Inc., Rieck Services, and Thayer Corporation have signed agreements to join its Linc Service franchise network. Linc Service is a franchise brand of ABM Franchising Group, an operating unit of ABM.

“ABM Franchising Group is excited to expand our U.S. footprint with Dyer, P1 Group, Rieck Services, and Thayer Corporation joining our network,” said Bruce Phibbs, Senior Vice President of ABM Franchising Group. “These contractors share our mission of delivering quality, preventative maintenance services and we look forward to helping them grow their businesses through the utilization of the Linc System.”

Dyer, P1 Group, Rieck Services and Thayer Corporation are all established mechanical service companies and operate from of the following locations: Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio; Lawrence, Topeka, and Wichita, Kansas; St. Joseph, Missouri; Las Vegas, Nevada; and Auburn, Maine.

Dyer, P1 Group, Rieck Services, and Thayer Corporation are all a part of a combined service group known as Best in Class Technology Services (BCTS). BCTS is headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama and is a provider of commercial HVAC aftermarket services including maintenance, repair, and project work. The group also includes Vulcan Mechanical Services, which has locations in Birmingham, Montgomery, and Huntsville, Alabama and Chattanooga, Tennessee. Vulcan Mechanical Services has been a part of the Linc Service franchise network since 1991.
