Transblue Brings Its Luxury Exterior Design Services to New Orleans

Local Entrepreneur Invests in Construction, Sales & Management Concept; Plans to Give Back, Restore and Advocate for the Community

July 23, 2021 // Franchising.com // NEW ORLEANS - Transblue®, a construction, sales, and project management concept, has reached NOLA. Locally owned by 10-year resident Jonathan Dalrymple, Transblue will offer luxury exterior design services to commercial, multi-family, retail, and homeowner properties across all of metro New Orleans and the North Shore.

As the professional link between clients and contractors, Transblue manages all aspects of exterior construction projects to ensure form, beauty, and function for all outdoor needs.

The New Orleans’ Transblue franchise owner, Dalrymple, grew up in California, and is a US Navy veteran. He moved to New Orleans to start a position with a local defense company. He worked as an aerospace and defense executive, specializing in strategic business development and communication for more than 20 years. As he transitions into business ownership with Transblue, Dalrymple looks forward to helping renew New Orleans’ properties across the region and has a strong interest in servicing Orleans, Jefferson, and St. Tammany Parishes.

“We chose to open a Transblue franchise in New Orleans because we believe in helping to restore the community—the restoration of New Orleans is an ongoing process,” says Dalrymple. “This area in New Orleans is thirsting for general contractors who are true client advocates. We are here to advocate for everyone in the area regarding their contracting needs whether they are private citizens, business owners, or in the government.”

Dalrymple believes Transblue is the right franchise for him because the business model lends opportunities to professionals with the same background as him.

“God, family and then business is the unofficial mission statement of the business,” said Dalrymple. The value of family is important to him, especially because he has two young daughters at home. His 3-year-old and 17-month-old were his motivation to start the franchise.

With 65+ years of mixed industry experience, Transblue prides themselves on their unique client-focused approach. CEO Dave Wescott started the business in 2004 with one lawnmower and molded the company into the world-class general contracting company that it is today.

Since Transblue started franchising in 2019, it remains a leading provider of construction management services for residential, commercial, and multifamily properties. With Wells Fargo, Starbucks, and Walmart on their roster, Transblue also partners with local charities, non-profits, and churches, continuing to honor their commitment to give back and improve the communities they serve.

“Franchisee satisfaction is at an all-time high as we prioritize innovative operations and add resources to further support each local office and the high-revenue projects they’re managing,” said Transblue Director of Franchise Development, Vince Ortiz. “We’re thrilled to welcome Jonathan to our growing franchise family and support his development in New Orleans.”
