School Of Rock Waldwick Is Ready To Rock N’ Roll

September 14, 2021 // Franchising.com // Waldwick, NJ. - School of Rock, a performance-based music education, announces the grand opening of School of Rock Waldwick in Waldwick, New Jersey. The event will take place at 152 Franklin Turnpike, Waldwick, New Jersey 07463, from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. EDT,  on Saturday, September 18. The event will offer live music on multiple stages, free lessons, giveaways, an instrument petting zoo for younger rockers and more.

School of Rock Waldwick is owned by Susan Marlett & Kurt Haller. Marlett worked at this location for 11-years prior to taking over ownership. With her vast experience in music education combined with the latest tools and training provided by School of Rock, she looks forward to providing more kids and adults the ability to experience creating music in a group.

“I’ve been a musician my whole life. Early on I discovered the incredible feeling of playing and I knew it would be something I always wanted to do,” said Susan Marlett. “I found a sense of belonging and loved being part of a group. School of Rock combines the best of learning to play music with your friends.

School of Rock provides students of all ages an exciting and engaging music lesson experience, which includes bass lessons, guitar lessons, singing lessons, drum lessons and piano lessons. Drawing from all styles of rock and roll, School of Rock students learn theory and techniques via songs from legendary artists such as Aretha Franklin, Lenny Kravitz and Led Zeppelin. Thanks to the school’s performance-based approach, students around the world have gained superior musical proficiency, with some moving on to record deals and larger platforms such as American Idol, The Voice and Broadway.
