Spherion Staffing Launches Get More! Giveaway, Rewards Thousands of Dollars in Cash Prizes

October 27, 2021 // Franchising.com // ATLANTA - On the heels of the highly successful Spherion Works Sweepstakes, which helped nearly 15,000 job seekers find and stay at meaningful career opportunities, Spherion Staffing and Recruiting (Spherion) is giving its employees even more reason to get to work with the Get More! Giveaway.

The Get More! Giveaway launches October 18 and runs for seven weeks with the goal of incentivizing even more of America’s workforce to take advantage of Spherion’s thousands of available employment opportunities nationwide. The giveaway also serves as an employee retention tool for Spherion’s client companies and its 200-plus offices from coast to coast.

“We’re on the cusp of one of the busiest hiring seasons of the year, so the Get More! Giveaway couldn’t come at a better time for our franchisees and our clients,” said Rebecca Rogers Tijerino, President of Spherion. “Plus, our valued employees have the chance to win some extra cash ahead of the holidays - it’s a win-win! Let’s get scratching, and Let’s Get to Work!”

Each week, Spherion employees in good standing at participating locations will receive digital scratch cards via text message or email for a chance to win cash prizes. Winners will know instantly if they’ve won and can redeem their prize to be added to their next paycheck. The giveaway will wrap up on December 3 with the announcement of multiple grand prizes - three $2,500 regional winners and one $10,000 national winner. All eligible employees at participating locations will receive one entry for each week of work towards the national and regional grand prizes.
