Fish Window Cleaning Named a 2022 Top Franchise by Franchise Business Review

Survey Shows Franchise Owners Are Highly Satisfied with Franchisor’s Ongoing Support and Performance

February 25, 2022 // Franchising.com // MANCHESTER, Mo. - Fish Window Cleaning was recently named a Top Franchise for 2022 by Franchise Business Review. This is the 17th annual ranking of the 200 best franchise opportunities as rated by franchise business owners.

FISH ranked No. 31 overall and No. 6 in large franchises. “We’re humbled to receive such wonderful results,” said Fish Window Cleaning Director of Franchise Development, John English. “We truly believe in our franchisees and their ability to achieve great success with our brand and business model. We strive to be our best for them every day; it’s amazing to see that resonate with them.”

Originally founded in January of 1978 by current CEO Mike Merrick, Fish Window Cleaning has been operating for more than 40 years and franchising for more than 20. The brand’s first franchise location opened in Tampa, Florida, in 1998 and has since grown to be a system of over 275 franchise locations across the country.

Fish Window Cleaning was among over 300 franchise brands, representing more than 30,000 franchise owners, that participated in Franchise Business Review’s research. Fish Window Cleaning franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems, including training and support, operations, franchisor/franchisee relations, and financial opportunity.

Franchise Business Review, a market research firm that performs independent surveys of franchisee satisfaction and employee engagement, provides the rankings and awards for franchise companies based solely on actual franchisee satisfaction and performance. Franchise Business Review publishes its rankings of the top 200 franchises in its annual Guide to Today’s Top Franchises - which serves as a great tool for potential franchise candidates to review honest feedback from current franchisees of some of the top companies in the industry.

“While the pandemic impacted all business sectors differently, the last 18 months have demonstrated the strengths of the franchise business model. The old adage of, 'being in business for yourself, but not by yourself,' has never been more important,” said Franchise Business Review founder and CEO Eric Stites. “Thanks to fast innovations, significant support, and responsive crisis management, many brands have emerged stronger from the pandemic, and that is reflected in high franchisee satisfaction.”
