Independent Research Data Shows Franchisees Are Highly Satisfied with Their Investment in Pinch A Penny

Pinch A Penny’s franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems, including training and support, operations, franchisor/franchisee relations, and financial opportunity.

Earlier this year, Pinch A Penny ranked #17 overall Franchise Business Review’s overall satisfaction, #3 among large franchises (150-324 units) and the top among home service franchises. The survey data for Pinch A Penny showed the following:

  • 96 percent of franchisees rate the ongoing training & support above average, 29% higher than the overall industry benchmark.
  • 99 percent of franchisees are likely to recommend the franchise to others

Marketing & Promotions was rated 42 percent higher than the industry average with 96 percent of franchisees rating it above average.
