Zaxby’s Expands in Indiana with New Jasper Location

June 07, 2022 // Franchising.com // ATHENS, Ga. - Zaxby’s will open its first restaurant in Jasper, Indiana located at 4277 Mannheim Rd. The new Zaxby’s is owned and operated by Jerry Ayres and Steve Brewer of Unbridled Chicken, LLC, Inc. The restaurant is scheduled to open for drive-thru guests on Monday, June 13.

“Steve, the team and I are very excited to bring Zaxby’s to Jasper, Indiana. We look forward to serving the community our new and delicious Signature Club Sandwich, wings and our very popular salads,” said Ayres. “The more time we spend in Jasper, the more excited we are about this community and can feel the excitement from all the people we have met.”

The new 3,000 square-foot farmhouse-style restaurant will have indoor seating available for 50 guests and features state-of-the-art technology, as well as a new kitchen design to improve operational efficiencies. Customers can look forward to seeing expedited drive-thru service with a new, covered double drive-thru layout for faster pay and pickup. An alternative to fast food, Zaxby’s serves fresh, prepared-at-order Chicken Fingerz and wings tossed in a variety of nine sauces. The menu will also feature the Signature Club Sandwich, the brand's iconic Fried Pickles and fresh Zalads.

The restaurant plans to hire 40-60 hourly team members as well as store managers, bringing new jobs to the Jasper community.
