CARSTAR Murray’s Honored For Award-Winning Customer Service ad Marketing at CARSTAR Conference 2022

August 03, 2022 // Franchising.com // SEATTLE - The Murray family has been in the collision repair business in the Seattle area for some 50 years, starting with Wendy Bjorneby Murray’s grandfather, who owned Bjorneby’s Auto Rebuild. Today, Murray and her family – husband Patrick, his brother Thomas and son Kyle – are continuing the family tradition of award-winning customer service and community involvement.

The Murrays were named the top CARSTAR facility owners in the country for customer service at the recent CARSTAR Conference 2022 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center. They received the CARSTAR U.S. Top Net Promoter Score Award (NPS) which recognizes a repair facility’s excellent customer service and satisfaction.

CARSTAR Murray’s, CARSTAR Murray’s – Des Moines and CARSTAR Port Orchard are all led by the Murray family. Murray’s brother Bob Bjorneby owns Bob Bjorneby’s CARSTAR Federal Way Collision.

The Murrays were also recognized for their support of the local community with the CARSTAR U.S. Marketing Award. This award honors the facility owner who connects with the community through innovative marketing initiatives that engage consumers and drive brand loyalty among consumers and drives brand loyalty within their regions.
