Office Evolution Expands in Idaho

Coworking provider opens in Eagle to meet the growing demand for flexible workspaces.

September 02, 2022 // Franchising.com // LOUISVILLE, CO - Office Evolution® is thrilled to announce the opening of its newest location in Eagle, Idaho, on July 7. As Idaho continues to attract people from around the country, owner Anabel Lopez wanted to open a second location in the state to accommodate new business professionals in the growing community by providing them with a flexible coworking space close to where they live. The new Office Evolution is located at 408 S Eagle Road., Ste. 205, and is looking to serve the growing Eagle business community.

Office Evolution of Eagle offers its members 34 offices, two conference rooms, and a business coworking lounge, providing the perfect workspace for individuals who are attorneys, accountants, entrepreneurs, therapists, tech employees, and remote workers in any field. Other amenities the office space offers include ample parking, high-speed internet, an on-site manager, professional mailing addresses, live phone answering services, and easy access to downtown Eagle.

After her late husband’s dream of opening their Office Evolution in Boise was fulfilled in 2019, he lost his battle fighting an aggressive cancer months later, leaving Lopez to take care of the business and their two young children on her own. Not long after, she was faced with another challenge: adapting to change brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. Thankfully, Lopez was equipped with a supportive staff like all-star Office Manager, Melissa Brodt, and a high demand for Office Evolution’s flexible coworking spaces due to the influx of people moving to Idaho which, in addition to her own incredible strength, helped her bounce back quickly amidst uncertain times.  As more transplants arrive in the Boise area, Lopez decided it would be the perfect time to open another Office Evolution close by in Eagle. While Lopez focuses on the Eagle opening, she will continue to be supported by team members like Cora Yanacek, who will take over operations management at the Boise Location.

“We want to continue providing new and existing community members with comfortable office spaces close to home that allow them to be productive and connect with other small business professionals,” said Lopez. “We are so excited to open our Eagle location and provide the desperately needed office spaces to meet the rapid growth in the area.”

Office Evolution’s national network of locally operated locations has provided remote workers and business owners alike with access to affordable workspace close to home with flexible terms.
