Wings Etc. Adds ‘Cauliflower Wings’ To Menu In Latest Food Fight Battle

Wings Etc. has added “Cauliflower Wings” to its menu and included the batter-coated veggies in its latest Food Fight promotion

December 21, 2022 // Franchising.com // FORT WAYNE, Ind. - Wings Etc. Grill & Pub is expanding the “Etc.” part of its menu with the addition of breaded “Cauliflower Wings” beginning Dec. 26, 2022. The new item is also part of the restaurant’s popular “Food Fight” contest, where guests age 21 and older are invited to try the wings in two of the brand’s popular sauces - Tweener or Sweet Chili Cha-Cha - and vote online for a chance to win a $100 Wings Etc. gift card.*

Wings Etc. added cauliflower wings after a favorable test in the Evansville, Ind. market.

“Cauliflower wings have become a popular menu item, and they were highly successful in our Southern Indiana tests,” said Wings Etc. CEO Rob Hensmann. “This addition to our menu will provide guests another way to enjoy their experience at Wings Etc.”

Wings Etc.’s new cauliflower wings are listed in the appetizer section and offered in two portion sizes (individual and sharable) with choice of one of Wings Etc.’s 18 signature sauces.

For a limited time, the cauliflower wings are also part of Wings Etc.’s continued Food Fight Battle, where guests can choose between their favorite sauce to pair the wings with - the brand’s sauce between mild and hot, “Tweener,” or “Sweet Chili Cha-Cha,” a tangy sweet sauce with a hint of heat. The new Food Fight also features Wings Etc.’s “Freak Out” cocktail (which can be ordered non-alcohol) and leading light beers such as Michelob Ultra and Blue Moon Light Sky.
