May 05, 2009 // Franchising.com // Scottsdale, Ariz. – Noodles Development, LP today announced the sale of its two Nothing but Noodles restaurants in Albuquerque, New Mexico to local entrepreneur Gerald Tabet.
Mr. Tabet is a real estate developer and builder for commercial properties in and around Albuquerque and the State of New Mexico. He is also a business partner of several other QSR concepts.
"I chose to invest in Nothing but Noodles because I understand the concept's potential…the true worth of the existing stores and of the brand itself, not only in Albuquerque but everywhere," claims Tabet. June 18, 2008 // Franchising.com // Scottsdale, Ariz. – Noodles Development, LP today announced the opening of its 19th Nothing but Noodles restaurant in Dewitt, New York. The opening marks the third of six restaurants the company plans on opening within the next eight months.

Anyone who brings in canned and other non-perishable food items to a participating store location during the month of February will get 10% taken off their entire bill. The opening marks the first of six restaurants the company plans on opening within the next four months. Containing approximately 4,000 square feet and 144 seats, the new El Paso Nothing but Noodles is currently the largest store in the system.
