Mr. Tabet is a real estate developer and builder for commercial properties in and around Albuquerque and the State of New Mexico. He is also a business partner of several other QSR concepts.

"I chose to invest in Nothing but Noodles because I understand the concept's potential…the true worth of the existing stores and of the brand itself, not only in Albuquerque but everywhere," claims Tabet. June 18, 2008 // Franchising.com // Scottsdale, Ariz. – Noodles Development, LP today announced the opening of its 19th Nothing but Noodles restaurant in Dewitt, New York. The opening marks the third of six restaurants the company plans on opening within the next eight months.

Fresh Concept Group, LLC, a Syracuse, NY-based company, recently purchased the developmental rights to the Syracuse and Rochester territories. February 11, 2008 // Franchising.com // Scottsdale, Ariz. – Participating Nothing but Noodles restaurants throughout the country are celebrating National Canned Food Month by offering a 10% discount to all customers who want to help support their local food banks.

Anyone who brings in canned and other non-perishable food items to a participating store location during the month of February will get 10% taken off their entire bill. Donors may also receive the discount by taking food items directly to a food bank and simply showing a Nothing but Noodles representative proof of their donation.

January 23, 2008 // Franchising.com // - Syracuse, NY - Nothing but Noodles, a trendy new fast casual restaurant chain based out of Scottsdale, Ariz., will be entering the Central New York marketplace in 2008.

Fresh Concept Group, LLC, a Syracuse, NY-based company, recently purchased the development rights to the Syracuse and Rochester territories. There are plans for 3–5 restaurants to open in the Syracuse region and 5–7 in the Rochester region.

November 12, 2007 // Franchising.com // Scottsdale, Ariz. – Noodles Development, LP today announced the opening of its 19th Nothing but Noodles restaurant in the east side of El Paso, Texas. The opening marks the first of six restaurants the company plans on opening within the next four months. Containing approximately 4,000 square feet and 144 seats, the new El Paso Nothing but Noodles is currently the largest store in the system.
