March 28, 2008 // Franchising.com // - PIP Printing & Document Services, a franchise network of printing and marketing services centers, has received a 2008 Franchisee Satisfaction Award from Franchise Business Review. PIP received the award in the Business Services industry category and also received a Franchise 50 Midsize Class award, ranking #26 of all franchise systems with 50 to 200 units.

To measure franchisee satisfaction, Franchise Business Review surveyed franchisees from 325 franchise companies, representing 45,000 franchisees. Franchises were evaluated in five areas: Training and Support, Franchise System, Franchisor/Franchisee Relations, Financial Opportunity and Overall Satisfaction. The 2008 Franchisee Satisfaction Awards highlight those franchises whose validation among their franchisees was superior in the industry...

March 13, 2008 // Franchising.com // - Catherine Monson, president of PIP Printing & Document Services and Director of Franchise Services, Inc., has been nominated to serve on the 2008 International Franchise Association's board of directors. She and four other leading franchise professionals were appointed to their posts during the association's recent 48th annual convention in February in Orlando.

August 06, 2007 // Franchising.com // - PIP Printing & Document Services is pleased to announce the winner of this years "Franchisee of the Year" award. Jimmy and Judy Brumley of Burlington, NC were presented with the award at the annual PIP Convention and Vendor Show in Denver, July 25-29.

In addition to the "Franchisee of the Year" award, a "Top Volume" award was presented to the Fulner Family of Indianapolis, IN and Nashville, TN. Awards were also given to franchisees and salespeople in the following categories: Top 10, Top 25, Volume Increase Percentage, Million Dollar Club, Sales Achievement Awards, Application Innovation Awards, and Quick Print Top 100.
