Mister Sparky Also Ranks on "Top New Franchises" List
SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Clockwork Home Services, Inc. (Clockwork) today announced that its One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating®, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing®, and Mister Sparky America's On-time Electrician® units are ranked among the nation's top 500 franchises for 2009, according to Entrepreneur's 30th annual "Franchise 500®." One Hour ranked #163, Benjamin Franklin ranked #140, and Mister Sparky ranked #387. The rankings are published in the January 2009 issue of Entrepreneur.
Entrepreneur compiles its list based on companies' financial strength and stability, growth rate and size of the franchise system. Other considerations include the number of years in business and length of time franchising, startup costs, low employee turnover and whether the company provided financing.
In addition to its listing on the Franchise 500, Mister Sparky was listed #27 among "Top New Franchises," which are the top 50 brands that have been franchising since 2004.
