At the Awards Dinner, ActionCOACH founder and CEO Brad Sugars presented Brewster with the Coaches Choice "SeminarCOACH" award.
"This victory takes me back to my days when I first started coaching businesses in 1993 – the company started as a result of the seminars and workshops I designed from my tiny room," Sugars said. Brewster believes seminars are one of the easiest ways one can get some powerful knowledge into the hands of business owners worldwide.

With the economy on the downswing, Brewster (along with his team) will be holding a variety of seminars in 2009. These seminars will range from free seminars held in the after-hours all over Sydney, to regular Quarterly Planning sessions where the firm can host up to 500 business owners for a full day. They will also be holding monthly information workshops on various subjects.
"This year we're also holding our BusinessRICH workshops every six-eight weeks," he said. "BusinessRICH contains everything we have to offer in the ActionCOACH system crammed into two full days - it's a valuable learning experience and we're excited to be presenting it."
From the many seminars the company offers, Brewster's personal favourites include the "accountability" seminars, like Quarterly Planning Days and BusinessRICH.

Brewster has been focusing on this area of the business for some time now because of the value it adds.

Having grown up in the small business environment with his parents involved in everything from fishing trawlers and farms to restaurants and earthmoving, Brewster loved the idea of the freedom his family enjoyed. The only challenges he saw about following his parents' entrepreneurial footsteps were the lack of support and respect for small business owners at large.
"When I had the chance as a coach to add support to the small business community using the most successful system on the planet, I knew I had found my place," Brewster said.
