Prime Pubs Will Open Two Units in California
March 09, 2009 // Franchising.com // Washington, D.C., — The Prime Pubs of America, Inc. has signed an agreement with new franchisee, David Littman, who will open two units in California. The Toronto, Canada-based chain is a division of the $400 million dollar multi-concept operator, Prime Restaurants. Prime Pub is experiencing steady growth and anticipates 60 new store openings across North America within the next four years. The chain will welcome three additional U.S. locations in 2009 alone, in Buffalo, New York, Tucson, Arizona and Columbus, Ohio.
Mr. Littman is hoping to find promising real estate in San Diego and is currently looking in Poway, Carmel Mountain and Del Mar as well as in Southern Orange County. He hopes to open his first location no later than the end of 2009, with his second location not far behind in 2010.
