Since illuminate gym's inception they have always been committed to changing the fitness experience in America and some fitness franchises are taking note.

Earlier this week illuminate gym's franchise sales team was hit with a borage of phone calls with some very interesting questions about the inner workings of illuminate gym and 'High Oxygen Training' and one caller was even so bold to ask to see a copy of the illuminate gym's operations manual. "Some of the questions and comments we were getting led us to believe that these individuals were heavily involved in the franchise world," Taj Leon, director of sales, said. It wasn't until someone was asked to send an operation's manual did CEO, David Sedbrook get involved. "Our offices are equipped with caller ID so it wasn't hard to find out that some of our competitors have been checking up on us," David Sedbrook said.

Illuminate gym's consulting firm was flabbergasted by the attempts to extract sensitive information about the inner workings of illuminate gym, but David Sedbrook the CEO just grinned and said, "It's nice to know we are on the radar in the fitness community. I guess you could say it is a compliment." When asked if he had an issue with other franchises wasting his staff's time and trying to get them to answer revealing questions about illuminate gym David Sedbrook simply said, "No… it's not like I haven't called all of our competitors over the years as I was developing the illuminate franchise model. It's nothing personal. It's just business."
