Jean-Yves David Looks Forward to Helping Business Achieve Their Goals as an ActionCOACH

Jean-Yves David is the newest ActionCOACH in France after working as an executive for raw material suppliers of the chemical industry for the last 25-plus years.

Las Vegas, NV --(PR.com)-- After working as an executive in several big chemical companies and distributors in France for more than 25 years, Jean-Yves David wanted to expand his experience by working in another environment. He needed new challenges. He wanted to develop his own business and make his own schedule.

David received an email from Master Licensee Jean-Louis Sabin which provided details about business coaching and ActionCOACH.

"ActionCOACH become more and more obvious as the perfect choice for me as I discovered the efficient methodology for coaching customers and developing the business of the franchisees," David said. "I came to know business coaching and got a strong interest for sharing my experience with business owners and to learn from them, as well."

David said his experience and skills will benefit his clients as he embarks on his new career for ActionCOACH. He has been involved in lots of strategical analysis that has led to major reorganizations of the company. In addition, he had active roles in the implementation of those reorganizing changes.

"I had to work a lot to change employees' cultural mindset," he said. "My experience in management will be very useful, I'm sure. In 28 years you make a lot of mistakes, which means you learn a lot from them!"

He accomplished much in his previous jobs. He helped with the full reorganization of the logistics department at a company, including a complete change of mindset for the company, and also developed new service concepts to get away from pure pricing approaches.

But in David's previous roles, he also needed to coach his team, as with the change of culture at one company.

"I would say coaching my teams to get the best of everyone to come forward for the benefit of all has been a great accomplishment of mine," he said.

David is very excited with his decision to become an ActionCOACH, and can't wait to start coaching and help business owners "see the light."

"I was hesitant to leave my company for ActionCOACH," he said. "Then I read the following quote from William Ernest Henley: 'You are the master of your own fate, the captain of your own soul.'"

"This quote now sits on my desk, and I am working to comply with it, and hope my future clients know its impact, too."
