The Women's Council of REALTORS of Greater Palm Beach is one of the most influential chapters in the United States and Michael is among its many affiliates. He is very excited and honored to have been chosen and looks forward to his continued involvement with the WCR.
Michael Strohmenger opened WIN Home Inspection Delray Beach in August of 2003 and he has over 15 years experience in residential maintenance, model, and repair. For this reason, he continues to earn and value the trust of buyers, sellers, and real estate agents throughout Palm Beach County. Michael is a highly trained home inspector and member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and the Florida Association of Building Inspectors (FABI); he's performed hundreds of inspections in the local area and stays on the forefront of issues concerning inspection procedures and technical information by attending various continuing education classes on an annual basis.
