ActionCOACH named four new CEOs of the company, Vic Ciuffetelli, Jodie Shaw, Alejandro de Gyves and David Holland.
LAS VEGAS, Jan. 15 // PRNewswire // -- After working for 22 years in the franchising business, Vic Ciuffetelli has been announced as one of the new CEOs of ActionCOACH, the world's number one business coaching firm.
For the first 10 years of his career, he was a multi-unit retail site franchisee. He briefly helped introduce and establish a major U.S. franchise in Australia, and then found ActionCOACH. Ciuffetelli has been with ActionCOACH for eight years. He left briefly to pursue private business interests, but quickly returned.
After being with the company so long, he is very excited about the opportunity to be one of the CEOs. "The thing I missed most when I left ActionCOACH was the environment, and being around people who are achieving great results for themselves and their clients," he said. "Their clients are continually striving to be better at what they do, and the coaches are passionate in seeing other coaches grow. That pushed me along, and I haven't found another environment quite like that in the business world."
Ciuffetelli said he has always been passionate about ActionCOACH's philosophy of helping business owners have better businesses. Making differences in business owner's businesses, which leads to difference in their personal and family lives, has made being in the business industry more fulfilling.
He said he is honored to be named a CEO of ActionCOACH, along with Jodie Shaw, former Director of Franchise Sales and Director of Marketing, Alejandro de Gyves, former Master Licensee of Mexico, Brazil, Puerto Rico, Chile, Dominican Republic, and David Holland, the former COO and Director of Training.
