The company listing appeared in the 29th Annual Franchise 500 issue, ranking it among some of the country's most promising franchise operations.
Outdoor Lighting Perspectives was listed as number 235 out of 500, marking the second year the company has been named to the list. OLP appeared in the home improvement category.
Entrepreneur magazine judges companies for its Franchise 500 issue based on several criteria, including financial strength, the company's growth rate and size of the franchise system. Also considered are the company's age and other factors such as startup costs, termination percentage and company financing. The magazine enlists an independent CPA to analyze the data and calculate cumulative scores. The 500 franchises with highest cumulative scores are named to the magazine's annual Franchise 500 list.
