The Coys, who are parents of a sixteen-year-old daughter and fifteen-year-old son, understand the need to provide the community with both a higher level of customer service and also a more family-friendly atmosphere than most current studios offer. "At CLIX®, we encourage customers to bring anything to their portrait session that aids them in expressing their individual personality, such as a keepsake, pet or sports equipment. We encourage customers to add family and friends to their portrait session at no additional charge," says Janice Coy. "We also photograph pets, either with the family or by themselves, as they too are family members."
For Steve Coy, the CLIX studio will allow him to use his extensive business background to build a business that will provide a valuable service to the community. Coy, who has an MBA in finance from DePaul University, has had careers in finance and accounting, most recently as a corporate controller. "We chose to open a CLIX business based on the fact that it fulfilled our desire to provide a service to the community and their families. We feel having your picture taken should be a personal and memorable experience where customers will be treated with the care they deserve," Coy says.
After researching a number of businesses, the Coys decided on CLIX Portrait Studios because of the high quality and solid background of the CLIX corporate team.
