SILVER SPRING, Md., April 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Choice Hotels International (NYSE: CHH) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable July 18, 2008 to shareholders of record as of July 3, 2008.
