A veteran in the franchising industry with more than 20 years of experience, Mathews has implemented an effective growth plan for BrightStar Healthcare. Previously, Mathews has worked in franchise recruitment for Subway, Blimpie, Motophoto and Entrepreneur Source. In 2002, he founded the Franchise Performance Group and became a consultant, helping franchise companies excel in the business of franchising. Mathews is also the co-author of the book Street Smart Franchising, a straight-shooting franchise guide for both existing and prospective franchisees.
