Capping a full week of training, internal meetings, and strategy sessions, attendees celebrated individual successes over the last year at an awards dinner. Among the honorees that night was Pat Lipovski, an ActionCOACH practicing in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Lipovski was twice recognized by a popular vote of his peers - he was given the ActionCOACH Award and the AbundanceCOACH Award - a sign of the support, guidance and inspiration he has provided to other Coaches in the organization.
More indicative of Lipovski's leadership were the financial results he posted. Lipovski led his North American counterparts and received the region's prestigious Coach of the Year Award based on revenue and profit goals attained.
