Pretzelmaker / Pretzel Time Pledge $5,000 Purse for Best 'Pretzel Dogs Kick Bun' Video
ATLANTA, June 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Pretzelmaker and Pretzel Time, the innovators of the original Pretzel Dog, are initiating the ultimate matchup of the season with the Pretzel Dogs Kick Bun Video Challenge. In the right corner, defending the summertime snack food title is Hotdog, the simple hot dog and bun. And in the left corner, draped in a fresh and delicious soft pretzel, is the challenger, Pretzel Dog.
The pair will be duking it out in a series of unprecedented competitions in a quest to crown a new summertime snack food champion. The prediction is that with the help of pretzel enthusiasts everywhere, Pretzel Dog will prove its dominance over Hotdog by the final rounds of the dog days of summer.
The Pretzel Dogs Kick Bun Video Challenge encourages Pretzel Dog fans to produce and submit original videos of two minutes or less that showcase a Pretzelmaker or Pretzel Time Pretzel Dog defeating Hotdog in an array of quirky and creative challenges.
Contestants must register online at kickbun.com where they can find official contest rules, guidelines and links to store locators. The contest runs through September 9 at which point a panel of judges will review the video submissions and select a winner. The champion of the Pretzel Dogs Kick Bun Video Challenge will be awarded a $5,000 grand prize.
