The Stouts recently purchased the Nashville territory from Bill Ziegler, who still owns Glass Doctor stores in Ft. Wayne and Indianapolis, Ind., as well as Louisville and Owensboro, Ky.

In May the Stouts attended a five-day training course on the latest glass repair technology, customer service techniques and marketing methods, which was conducted at the Glass Doctor corporate headquarters in Waco, Texas.
