Fitness Together Franchise Holdings Names Jeff Jervik President and CEO

May 28, 2008 // Franchising.com // HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colo. – Fitness Together Franchise Holdings, Inc. has named Jeff Jervik to the position of president and CEO effective immediately. Jervik succeeds Rick Sikorski, the company's founder, who will become chairman of the board.

Jervik will lead the overall strategic direction of the world's largest wellness company, including the growth and support of Fitness Together, a personal training fitness franchise, and elements therapeutic massage, a massage therapy franchise.

Together, the franchise network comprises more than 500 franchisees across five countries.

Jervik brings more than two decades of franchise experience to his new role. Most recently he served as executive vice president of operations for Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Inc., and was responsible for the operations of 114 company and 292 franchised locations with system-wide sales of $800 million.

Previously, Jervik served as operating partner for Papa John's in Hawaii where he grew the market to 17 locations and hundreds of employees.

Prior to that, Jervik's career also included 14 years in the PepsiCo organization where he held several positions culminating with his title as national vice president of operations for Pizza Hut, ©Fitness Together Franchise Corporation Inc. As national vice president of operations, he directed more than 22,000 employees and franchise associates.

Jervik received his BA in business and education from Dakota Wesleyan University. He is married and has two daughters.
