Newsweek Names Fantastic Sams One of America’s Best Companies for Customer Service

February 11, 2019 // Franchising.com // BEVERLY, MASS. - Fantastic Sams is proud to announce it earned a spot in Newsweek’s inaugural 2019 list of America’s Best Companies for Customer Service.

Newsweek listed Fantastic Sams, one of the oldest full-service family salon franchises in the U.S., as one of the top three hair salons in America when it comes to customer service. Among the reasons Fantastic Sams earned this honor were the likelihood of customer recommendations, its quality of communication with customers, and its range of services.

“It’s important to Fantastic Sams that our customers enjoy their salon experience; we want it to be the best part of their day,” says Denise Gorlick, Fantastic Sams Vice President of Operations. “Earning a spot in Newsweek’s inaugural list of America’s Best Companies for Customer Service demonstrates that our franchisees are making our customers happy, proud and satisfied. To create the list, Newsweek collaborated with analytics firm Statista to conduct an independent survey of more than 20,000 U.S. customers. They were asked how likely they would be to recommend brands to friends and family. Respondents also evaluated brands based on quality of communication, technical competence, range of services, customer focus and accessibility.

This is one of several recent accolades for Fantastic Sams. The company also earned a spot in Entrepreneur magazine’s 2019 Franchise 500® list, the world’s most comprehensive franchise ranking. Fantastic Sams consistently earns placement in the annual ranking due to the brand strength and support it offers franchisees.
