Four Sport Clips Haircuts Team Members Recognized For Demonstrating The "Heart of a Champion"

Four of these team members were singled out by their peers at the company's recent National Huddle in Las Vegas to receive 'Heart of a Champion' recognition for their commitment to excellence and care for others.

Stylist Ravina Ramsey, of Plant City, Florida, was lauded by the parent of a Sport Clips client for encouraging his 13-year-old to stay motivated in school and by the store's owner for have a heart for her clients and being a supportive single Mom and a nurturing team member.

Mary Burlingame, future professional talent specialist of Apple Valley, Minnesota, has overcome personal trials to be a positive influence in the lives of others. She makes and sends cards to fellow team members, is known for her trustworthiness, and is dedicated to inspiring and helping those around her.

Fred Shearer, a Sport Clips coach who lives in Louisville, Kentucky, stocked a full-size SUV with water, diapers, wipes, food, clothing, dog food and treats to help fellow Sport Clips team members in Florida after Hurricane Michael. He's known for being an encourager and participating in community service events, particularly those that benefit the homeless.

Kerri Ingham, a stylist from Taylorsville, Utah, supports team members and managers and goes above and beyond for clients, fellow stylists and family. She's known as an abundant giver, even if she has little, and for being a solutions-minded in her work.
