Ronald Bell's wealth of knowledge and experience will set the stage for his role as an ActionCOACH Business Coach
/24-7PressRelease/ - LAS VEGAS, NV, July 24, 2008 - Master Licensee Don Schin has named Ronald Bell as the newest ActionCOACH in Pennsylvania.
Bell will operate from his home-based office in the city of South Williamsport, which is centrally located, and provides easy access to many metropolitan areas.
Prior to becoming an ActionCOACH, Bell was responsible for the project management of a medical device manufacturing and design company.
Bell achieved many accomplishments in his corporate career.
He won 4 major awards for team / individual project results and is the named inventor on 13 US patents.
Corporate downsizing left Bell at a crossroads.
"There was not much career potential locally and I did not want to relocate. This instilled in me the desire to be self-employed," he said.
Bell was impressed by ActionCOACH's people and culture.
"I view ActionCOACH as a powerful program that can change the face of small business," he said.
Bell has the prerequisite experience and skills for the role of an ActionCOACH Business Coach.
"My diverse knowledge of systems, team-based work practices, personnel training background and budgeting as well as financial management expertise are all core competency needs for any business," he said.
