As part of its partnership with Oklahoma City Mayor Mick Cornett's OKC Million Challenge, Taco Bell® announced that it will reward Oklahoma City residents with free Fresco Crunchy Tacos on Tuesday, July 29, 2008. Taco Bell's Fresco Menu, offering 9 items with less than 9 grams of fat, became the "Official Menu of the Mayor's Challenge" in April following a unique partnership with the nation's leading Mexican-inspired Quick Service Restaurant and the Mayor.
"We've reached a significant milestone losing 100,000 pounds, and together, we can continue to watch what we eat and exercise regularly to reach our goal of losing 1 million pounds," said Mayor Mick Cornett. "Our partnership with Taco Bell has proven that when we all come together, we can achieve great things."
To get their free Fresco Crunchy Taco, Oklahomans can visit participating Oklahoma City Taco Bell® locations on Tuesday, July 29, 2008 during normal business hours. Limit one Fresco Crunchy Taco per customer, while supplies last. No purchase necessary. No substitutions will be allowed. Offer is subject to availability and no rain checks will be given. Participating Taco Bell restaurant managers reserve the right to deny a free Fresco Crunchy Taco to any person he/she reasonably believes has already received a free Fresco Crunchy Taco or has engaged in any other fraudulent activity.
