September 29, 2008 // Franchising.com // PARSIPPANY, N.J. -- Century 21 Real Estate LLC, the franchisor of the world's largest residential real estate sales organization, has announced its latest international expansion with the signing a master franchise agreement to open CENTURY 21® franchises in Albania. The Dudaj Group, owned by Besnick Dudaj and Adriatik Dudaj, will become the master franchisee of the CENTURY 21 System in Albania. CENTURY 21 Albania plans to be operational by September of this year in the cities of Tirane and Durress.

The Dudaj Group, formed in 1993, was one of the first private companies to emerge in Albania after the collapse of the socialist system.
