West Coast Sandwich Chain Togo's Announces Addition to Its Executive Leadership Team to Revitalize Key Strategies for Branding and Marketing

San Jose, CA--(Marketwire) - Togo's Eateries, Inc., purveyor of delicious, handcrafted sandwiches that are freshly prepared for people on the go, today announced the addition of Renae Scott as the new Vice President of Branding and Marketing. Scott's strategic marketing skills will support Togo's expansion of the West Coast franchise and the overall sales and profitability of the chain. An expert in forging collaboration among corporate, franchise and agency partners to deliver marketing plans that achieve unprecedented growth and sales results, Scott is ready to deploy her skills for Togo's and revitalize its overall marketing strategy for the greater growth.

Renae Scott comes to Togo's with over 20 years of branding and marketing skills, developed within many restaurant chains and franchise groups. Prior to joining Togo's, Scott worked as the CMO/VP of Marketing for Round Table Pizza, where she was responsible for marketing, product development, and brand management strategies for the private company. Additionally, Scott spent over 10 years at CKE Restaurants, Inc., where she left as the VP of Media and Field Marketing. Scott holds a BA in Communications from California State University, Sacramento and has completed Finance & Strategic Marketing Programs from U.C. Berkeley. Scott has also sat on many boards including the Round Table Family Charities Board, the San Francisco Giants Community Fund, and the CKE Star Board where she helped develop fundraising programs for Breast Cancer Foundation, raising over $500,000. Scott has further received the American Association of Advertising Agencies Advertising Excellence Award.
