PARSIPPANY, NJ--(Marketwire - May 9, 2012) - Wyndham Hotel Group, the world's largest hotel company with over 7,150 hotels today announced an agreement with Hoteles Costa del Sol to franchise three new Ramada Hotels in Peru, thereby expanding the brand's presence in the South American country to four locations.
The three hotels, scheduled to fly the Ramada brand flag this week, add to the nearly 90 properties and over 9,000 rooms that are already part of Wyndham Hotel Group's portfolio of hotels in Latin America.

The new hotel, owned by Phuket development company South Sea Resort Co., Ltd., will add to the five Ramada hotels currently open in Thailand and is the second agreement to be signed between South Sea Resort and Wyndham Hotel Group. In March, the two companies announced the development of the Wyndham Khao Lak, which is expected to open later this year.

The new managed property, the Ramada Plaza Sanya, will be owned by Hainan Mingboda Real Estate Development Co., Ltd, which also signed a management agreement with Wyndham Hotel Group in December last year to open the Wyndham Hotel Sanya.

February 26, 2010 // Franchising.com // PARSIPPANY, N.J. — Following an announcement last September about its first management agreements in Thailand, Wyndham Hotel Group, the world's largest hotel company with more than 7,100 hotels under 11 brands, today announced the signing of the company's fourth management agreement in Bangkok.

The Ramada® Plaza Sukhumvit, currently being developed by Kijsompong Co. Ltd., will be located on Soi 15 Sukhumvit Road. The 300-room hotel will feature one restaurant, a lobby lounge, rooftop bar, meeting facilities, a swimming pool and fitness facilities. The hotel is expected to open in late 2013.
