April 19, 2010 // Franchising.com // The Israeli company, Helen Doron Educational Group, an expert in the field of early childhood education, has recently signed a contract for its first Russian franchise in the region of Volgograd, Russia. Ekaterina Gildebrand, the new owner of the franchise will be bringing Helen Doron's latest program, Ready Steady Move! to the Russian Federation. This franchise joins a long list of Helen Doron Educational franchises operating in over 30 countries throughout the world.
The Volgograd franchise is unique in Helen Doron, because it features Ready Steady Move, a movement program which introduces children to a second language: English, German, Spanish, Mandarin or Hebrew. Until now, this program has been taught almost exclusively in Israel, recently gaining popularity through the successful Israeli television series, Ready Steady Hop, which is based on the music and activities of Ready Steady Move!
The combination of sport and English is no stranger to the new Volgograd franchisor; she herself is an English teacher, both of her parents are English teachers and her husband is a physical education teacher...
