The franchise SmallCakes A Cupcakery, which has been widely successful is offering an expansion, SmallCakes Creamery and Novelties to include small batch fresh made ice cream with flavors that mirror the award winning cupcakes. Along with cupcakes and ice cream, there will be freshly made flavored popcorn, cotton candy and novelty candies. By this time next year the organization expects to have more than 100 new stores open.

Founded in 2008 by CEO Jeff Martin, SmallCakes A Cupcakery and its new concept SmallCakes Creamery and Novelties have nearly 100 locations in the U.S. and abroad specializing in gourmet cupcakes baked fresh daily.
