ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - May 3, 2012) - Stevi B's Pizza, the industry's only national premium pizza buffet restaurant, is pleased to announce the signing of an agreement to develop two additional Stevi B's Pizza locations in the greater Richmond area with franchisee Rick Collins, owner of the Stevi B's Pizza location in Mechanicsville, Va.
