V-KOOL® Franchise was launched by V-KOOL International Pte Ltd ("Franchisor"), a Singapore-based company, in 1998. V-KOOL International, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Globamatrix Holdings Pte Ltd, was established to market and service franchisees on a global basis.
The Franchisor is dedicated to providing excellent service and support to its franchisees worldwide. In recognition of these qualities, on 8 March 2000,
V-KOOL® Franchise was awarded the Singapore Franchise Mark by the Singapore Productivity and Standards Board (now known as Spring Singapore) and the Singapore International Franchise Association (SIFA), supported by the Singapore Trade Development Board. In September 2000, the Company won the prestigious Franchise Excellence Award. In August 2002, V-KOOL® was a recipient of the 'Promising Brand Awards' supported by Singapore's leading Chinese newspaper Lian He Zao Bao and the Association of Small and Medium Size Enterprises (ASME).
