Company History
Wall Street Deli started as a sandwich shop called Stand N' Snack in 1967. In 1987 the chain was renamed Wall Street Deli and redesigned to evoke an upscale, big-city deli. WSDS Inc. acquired the Wall Street Deli concept in January 2002.
