WorldWide Wireless is a premiere retailer of wireless communications and entertainment based out of Indiana. Their retail stores offer a variety of wireless services including phones, date solutions, and accessories from Sprint Nextel, as well as products from Boost and Virgin Mobile.
Company History
In 1999, CEO Lou Gagliardi, started his own business by opening one Nextel store in the south suburbs of Chicago. Upon seeing the potential for success, Lou soon began to encourage others to join in the fun of being independent, business owners in the fast-growing world of cellular. Within three years Lou expanded his retail operation to include 11 Nextel dealerships, and WorldWide Wireless, Inc. was formed. In 2003, WorldWide Wireless was listed as Chicagoland's Number One Nextel Authorized Representative, and achieved status as a National dealer, one of twelve in the country. In November of 2004 WorldWide Wireless Franchise Services, LLC was launched. The merger of Nextel with Sprint in September of 2006 enabled Lou to offer even more products and services giving franchisees an even greater opportunity for success.
