About Doc Popcorn
Using 100 percent corn oil, proprietary flavor blends and other high-quality ingredients, Doc Popcorn handcrafts a wide variety of fresh-popped specialty flavors of popcorn. Doc Popcorn's delicious flavors are gluten-free, whole grain, wheat-free and nut-free. Doc Popcorn started franchising in 2009 and has since been recognized as one of the hottest snack franchises in the country. Inspired by their experience with "mom and pop" kettle corn makers at a Boulder Farmers' Market, co-founders Rob and Renee Israel saw an opportunity to professionalize the way this tasty treat is created and sold. Over the better part of a decade, the couple perfected a unique offering of fresh-popped mouthwatering flavors and developed a variety of fun, simple and flexible business models for use at high-traffic venues such as malls, stadiums, convention centers and entertainment venues of all kinds. After owning and operating 11 units of their own in Colorado, Rob & Renee started franchising in 2009 so they could share their vision of creating smiles all over the world with their great tasting, freshly-popped snack.
