In 1945 the Joy family started Joy Septic Service in Granger, Indiana. As the business grew over the years so did the Michiana area. There were significant changes going on all around. There was more building growth along with the ever-changing needs to make jobsites environmentally safer. The Joys saw this as a need to help their community, and Joy's Johns® was born! Over the years, Joy's Johns® has become a well-known company of good service and quality equipment.We Go ... Where You Go! In keeping with the ever-changing marketplace, Joy's Johns® has a complete line of portable restrooms and accessories for any application. Joy's Johns® is always researching the market and looking to expand their product line as the needs of the customer change. Joy's Johns® is a licensed septage waste hauler in Indiana and Michigan, and uses only government approved wastewater treatment facilities to dispose of product that it collects. Joy's Johns® does not land apply. As Michiana continues to grow, Joy's Johns® grows with it. You will see Joy's Johns® on just about every construction site. Joy's Johns® has also serviced special events, such as Blueberry Festival in Knox, Indiana; Apple Festival in Niles, Michigan; and the Three Oaks Spokes Race that runs from New Buffalo to Three Oaks to Bridgman, Michigan just to name a few. Joy's Johns® has also been servicing Notre Dame for years at all their sporting events.
