July 15, 2008 // Franchising.com // - DALLAS – Pet Butler, America's leading pet waste cleanup and removal service, is kicking off its third annual national "Howl-O-Ween" pet costume photo contest. Pet owners all over the U.S. are encouraged to submit a photo of their pooches, dressed in creative or unusual costumes. Winners will be announced in late October 2008, just before Halloween.
Pet Butler, based in Dallas, provides professional pet waste cleanup and removal services for pet owners, multi-family communities, and parks. The company proudly bills itself as "#1 in the '#2' business," and currently has more than 127 franchise territories across the nation.

Pet Butler will award prizes in several categories. The grand prize winner – Overall Best Costume – will receive three months of free yard cleanup service (one visit per week) and a 40-pound bag of Life's Abundance dog food from HealthyPetNet. If the winner lives outside of a Pet Butler service territory, he or she will win a 40-pound bag of Life's Abundance dog food from HealthyPetNet along with Pet Butler merchandise valued up to $60.
The contest will also recognize second and third place entries in Overall Best Costume as well as winners in the categories of Cutest Costume, Most Photogenic, Scariest Dog, and Cutest Group photo.
Voting will be open to the public. All entries will be posted on Pet Butler's website, www.petbutler.com, by October 17, 2008. The public will have one week to vote online for their favorite entries, and winners will be announced on October 29.
Participants can submit their pet's photo by mail or e-mail along with basic entry information. E-mail entries can be submitted to TheScoop@PetButler.com. Entries mailed via the U.S. Postal Service can be sent to Pet Butler Howl-O-Ween Pet Costume Contest, c/o Dux Public Relations, P.O. Box 1329 Canton, TX 75103.
